Reservation/Cancelation Policies

A 50% per person deposit is required to hold your spot. Final 50% due 120 days prior to trip date. If cancelation is less than 120 days before trip date, 100% of total trip cost is non-refundable, unless your space can be filled. Every effort will be made to fill your reserved space, but no guarantees are made. Full payment is expected at time of booking for trips booked less than 120 days in advance of trip date. BELIZE BIRDING TOURS™ cannot be held responsible for cancelations or delays due to inclement weather, poor or unsafe river or landing strip conditions, airline/air taxi cancelations or delays. BELIZE BIRDING TOURS™ reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time for any reason. We strongly recommend that all clients take out trip cancelation, baggage, emergency evacuation and medical insurance before coming on your trip. Refunds will not be issued for last minute cancelations.
